Routine Exercise Treadmill Stress Testing

A treadmill stress test, also known as an exercise stress test, is a diagnostic procedure that evaluates how your heart performs under stress. It involves walking on a treadmill while your heart’s activity is monitored, often by an ECG (electrocardiogram). The test helps identify potential heart problems, such as coronary artery disease or arrhythmias, by observing how your heart rate, blood pressure, and ECG change during exercise.
